How can I return?
You can choose which service you want to use to return your order to us. You can use the original shipping box for this. You can also use your own shipping packaging. Please note: make sure that the products are packed securely and carefully, this will prevent any damage during the shipping process.

Can I return in store?
You can easily return your order in our clinic. Take your order and invoice to the store within the return period of 14 days. Return or exchange your order with one of our employees.
What is the return period?
Clinique Elixir applies the legal return period of 14 days after receipt of your order. You can return your order to us within this period. Return your items in the original packaging.
Do you return cosmetic products? For hygiene reasons, only products that are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging can be refunded and resold (including any accompanying packaging, instructions and accessories).
Do I pay shipping and return costs?
Returning an order by post is at your own expense. You can return your order within 14 days to the mentioned return address. It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed by us.
How does the refund work?
It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and processed by us. As soon as we have received your return in good order and all information is correct, we will start the refund. It may take 2-4 business days for the amount to be credited to your original payment method. Did you pay with credit card or PayPal? Then the refund can take up to 14 days*.
*If you paid by credit card, the refund can be found on the next monthly statement or on the day of debit.
