Which shipping method do you use?

All our products are shipped and delivered by GLS. Clinique Elixir packs your order with great care, so your products always arrive undamaged. We use environmentally friendly shipping boxes, so we also think a bit about our planet.

Do I pay shipping costs?

Clinique Elxir always uses FREE shipping for all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation including a Track & Trace code, which allows you to track your order after shipment.

Can I change my address?

Have you placed your order but the package has not yet been shipped? Please contact us directly so that we can make any adjustments to your data.

Have you entered a wrong address or have your plans changed? Once your order has been shipped, in most cases it is not possible to change your address, but this may differ per courier. If you do have the option to change the address, you will find the instructions for this in the e-mail from the courier and in the Track & Trace link.

Frequently asked questions about delivery

What is the delivery term?

For each product it is stated whether the product is in stock. Is a product in stock? Then your order is placed on working days before 15:00, delivered the next day. When a product is delivered depends on the product and the stock. We do our best to deliver all products to your home as soon as possible.

Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?

In most cases it is possible to deliver your order to a DHL collection point. After shipment you will receive a confirmation from the courier in your email. Here you can indicate how you would like to receive your order, for example: at home, at the neighbors or at a collection point.

Once your order has arrived at your chosen location, you will receive an email from DHL. Then you have 7 days to collect your order. If you cannot collect your order during this period, it will automatically be returned to Clinique Elixir.

Can I pick up my order at the clinic?

You can also pick up your order at one of our locations in Schiedam or Rotterdam, this shipping method is FREE. We process your order and you will receive a message from us when it is ready to pick up.

My package is incomplete, damaged or lost

We strive to deliver all our products complete and undamaged. Have you received an order that is not intact or complete? Clinique Elixir is happy to look for a solution together with you. You can contact us here .
