1. Thoroughly cleanse your face and dry it well.

2. Use the pump bottle to dispense a small amount of the cream onto your fingers.

3. Apply the cream in a thin layer to your face, avoiding the eye contour and lips.

4. Gently massage the cream into the skin until it is completely absorbed.

5. Start by using it once a week and slowly build up to daily use.

6. Only use it at night, as retinol can make skin more sensitive to sun damage.

7. Use it in combination with a sunscreen during the day, as retinol can make the skin more sensitive to the sun.
